What do we
need from you?
In order to
initiate proceedings for any project funding request, we require all
applicants to submit the following
documentation for
each project:
- Completed
Project Submission Form
- Executive
Summary (around 2 Pages)
- Business
Plan (around 5 pages)
- Financial
Statements (if available/at least 3 years)
- A detailed
quarterly/monthly Cost Schedule for the total funds being requested
- any other supporting project documentation
Once we have this
information, we are in a strong position to match your application to the
correct funder.
